Our products are handmade to order. Please allow 2-7 business days from time of order to ship. If you are unsure because you need it asap, contact us via

After your order was cut, sewn & finished, you will receive a tracking-number from our carrier.

We almost deliver worldwide, if we do not ship to your country yet, please contact us.

Orders within Austria: free of charge

Orders within Germany: €6 (free over €50)

Packaging

We try to use as less packaging as possible & avoid plastic. If you want your order to be wrapped as a present, please let us know.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return your order (except customized products with names, initials etc.) within 14 business days from the day the order arrived with you. Please make sure the products are in perfect conditions & you ship it back in the same packaging like we delivered it. You have to cover all costs for returning a product. Please get in touch with us if you want to send something back.
